You will provide a warm, caring, joyful environment that encourages preschoolers' natural curiosity and instills confidence in their innate abilities.</p> <p>You will also…</p> <ul> <li> <p>Plan, supervise, and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early literacy, language development, math concepts, motor skills, and social-emotional growth</p> </li><li> <p>Create a classroom culture that nurtures each child's individuality while promoting curiosity, independence, and confidence</p> </li><li> <p>Provide a structured yet playful environment through hands-on learning and purposeful play</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with fellow early childhood educators and school leadership to ensure alignment with program goals and best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain regular, positive communication with parents and guardians through daily reports, classroom updates, and conferences</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, licensing regulations, and developmental standards</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>Educational background with 12 semesters or 18 quarter early childhood education units shall include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum, or a bachelor's degree in child development</p> </li><li> <p>Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior teaching experience with young students is preferred.</p> </li></ul>
