The Shuttle Supervisor will work to ensure that each person using the hospital-provided transportation receives the highest level of customer service while making it to their destination in a timely manner. The Shuttle Supervisor will report directly to the Branch Manager.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with other ABM managers and the client in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. </li><li>Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members. </li><li>Monitor drivers. Coach and counsel employees based on their any reports and scores. </li><li>Ensure new employees are properly trained and cleared before allowing them to drive. </li><li>Be "on call" during off hours to assist with emergencies or other issues that require supervisor assistance. </li><li>Any other task assigned by direct manager. </li><li>Ensure there is proper driver coverage to provide service for each route. He/She will ensure all routes are covered before leaving for the day. </li><li>Track ridership and provide reports to the client as requested. </li><li>Work with ABM DOT staff to ensure all driver files are in compliance with DOT standards. </li><li>Ensure that all shuttles are maintained properly and are in compliance with all state and local licensing and permitting requirements.
