Our mission is to make Hyper Wellness accessible, affordable, and even fun.</p> <p>We're building a team of people who bring positive energy, love helping others, and thrive in a culture where great service and great sales go together.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>As a Wellness Sales Consultant, (we call them Hyper Wellness Representatives) you'll deliver a 5-star client experience and help clients commit to a consistent wellness routine by recommending and closing the right membership or package.</p> <p>This is not a traditional front-desk/reception role. You'll do some scheduling and onboarding - but the heart of the job is consultative selling, follow-up, and helping clients take action.</p> <p>If you're energized by people, goals, and a fast-paced studio environment, you'll love it here.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Sales & Client Growth (Core of the role)</p> <ul> <li>Use a consultative approach to understand client goals and recommend personalized solutions </li><li>Give studio tours and confidently present and close memberships/service packages </li><li>Own follow-up: respond to inquiries, re-engage leads, and convert first-time visitors into repeat clients </li><li>Help drive studio performance through strong conversion habits and team collaboration </li></ul> <p>Client Experience & Education</p> <ul> <li>Welcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and positive energy </li><li>Educate clients on the benefits, protocols, and safety of our services (we train you) </li><li>Create a consistent, elevated experience that keeps clients coming back </li></ul> <p>Studio Operations</p> <ul> <li>Manage check-ins, scheduling, and onboarding (including medical waivers and POS profile creation) </li><li>Answer calls/texts, return voicemails, and assist with booking/rescheduling </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming studio and support day-to-day operations </li><li>Execute opening/closing duties </li></ul> <p>Culture</p> <ul> <li>Embody Restore's mission, values, and Hyper Wellness lifestyle </li><li>Contribute to a high-energy team culture where everyone feels seen and supported </li></ul> <p>Success Looks Like</p> <ul> <li>Strong tour-to-sale and first-visit conversion </li><li>Consistent membership/package closes through goal-based conversations </li><li>Fast, professional follow-up and excellent communication </li><li>High client satisfaction and repeat visits </li><li>Reliable execution and attention to detail in onboarding/POS </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Must-haves</p> <ul> <li>1+ year experience in sales or membership/package selling (such as fitness, wellness, med-spa, boutique retail, hospitality) </li><li>Comfortable asking for the sale and handling common objections with confidence and empathy </li><li>Strong communication skills and follow-up habits (phone/text/email) </li><li>Coachable, proactive, team-first mindset </li><li>Interest in health and wellness - you don't need to be an expert, but you should enjoy learning and sharing it </li><li>Willingness to work weekends (it's our busiest - and most fun - time) </li></ul> <p>Nice-to-haves</p> <ul> <li>Experience selling memberships (fitness studios, gyms, spas, med-spas) </li><li>CRM/POS experience and strong organization </li><li>Prior role with goals, quotas, or performance-based pay </li></ul>
