<p>Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager</p> <p>ArtiFlex Manufacturing is seeking a strategic and hands-on EH&S leader to oversee and elevate environmental, health, and safety programs across our Michigan facilities. This high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement across all of our 9 Michigan locations.</p> <p>As the EH&S Manager, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Provide direction, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure a safe and environmentally compliant workplace across all Michigan locations </li><li>Lead cross-functional safety teams and influence at all levels of the organization </li><li>Conduct risk assessments, audits, and job hazard analyses with a focus on proactive safety improvements </li><li>Oversee incident reporting and investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and timely corrective actions </li><li>Manage environmental compliance, including permits and regulatory reporting (air, storm water, hazardous waste, etc.) </li><li>Develop and deliver impactful safety training programs and promote return-to-work strategies </li><li>Act as a trusted partner to HR, leadership, and site teams to embed EH&S into daily operations </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of EH&S leadership in a manufacturing environment </li><li>In-depth understanding of OSHA/MIOSHA and environmental regulations </li><li>Proven success in employee training, safety investigations, and compliance management </li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>Flexibility to support multiple shifts and travel to all of our Michigan locations (Detroit area, Grand Rapids area and southwest lower region) Travel would be approximately 25%. </li></ul> <p>This position requires US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident Alien Status.</p> <p>Take the next step in your career with a company that invests in you-because we succeed when you do.</p> <p>Apply now to join ArtiFlex and become an owner in your future.</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>ArtiFlex Manufacturing designs and builds products and solutions for companies with tough challenges by employing people with a willingness and ability to be "Innovative.
