<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience on handling Support engagements covering technology of Oracle Fusion SAAS Cloud finance and P2P modules, Integration Cloud, OTBI Reports </li><li>Min. experience of 2 large support engagement experience in Oracle finance cloud </li><li>Good Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and EBS finance modules like GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Tax & SLA Support (AMS Process). </li><li>Manage end-to-end service operations for Oracle finance solutions, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. </li><li>Functionally Strong in Oracle GL, AR, AP Modules in both Cloud and EBS </li><li>Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy). </li><li>Experience in incidents, problems, management change and continuous improvements </li><li>Good Customer Management skills </li><li>Experience in articulating and delivering projects, product orderability and working with large and diverse teams. </li><li>Interaction with business on a daily basis to understand the issues and enable fixes, solutions. </li><li>Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. </li><li>Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. </li><li>Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions. </li><li>Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Handling Tickets including Incidents and Service Requests </li><li>Ensuring SLA adherence, Root Cause Analysis </li><li>Collaborating, driving with team, business users and ensure on time resolution </li><li>Business Communication, Status Reporting </li><li>Proactive understanding of the repetitive tickets and suggest on the permanent fixes </li><li>Working with Offshore team and Near shore team and drive the commitments </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $93,700-$130,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-CM2</p>
