Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies </li><li>Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources </li><li>Replicate complex scenarios, evaluate operational impact, design solutions and working with technology teams to identify and test resolution plans </li><li>Advocate for our users to provide support during production incidents and proactively communicate status </li><li>Direct the execution of release management activities within the Agile / Scrum model </li><li>Proactively monitor and respond to incidents related to the Aurora application, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. </li><li>Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of recurring issues, and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes. </li><li>Utilize monitoring tools to track application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to enhance system efficiency. </li><li>Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the application functionalities and best practices. </li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of application updates and changes, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to change management protocols. </li><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities, including incident logs, troubleshooting guides, and performance reports, to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area </li><li>Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area </li><li>Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities </li><li>Experience in product deployment processes with working knowledge of agile methodologies </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. </li><li>Experience with application monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability and performance. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing high-quality support and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation of support processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. </li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality results. </li><li>Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments, ensuring the ability to support evolving business needs. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle </li></ul> <p>Hours: 5 days on site</p>
