As we get ready for our grand opening January of 2026, we're looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team and make a lasting impact.</p> <p>ABOUT LLCHC</p> <p>Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) transforms the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual at a time. We are focused on whole-person wellness, available to ALL in Central Ohio who need it, regardless of ability to pay! In 2019 alone, we served over 12,000 patients - with 40% being uninsured - and totaled 50,000+ medical encounters!</p> <p>Operating out of seven locations, we offer medical care (primary care, dental, vision, OB/GYN, telehealth), behavioral health care, 340B pharmacy, nutritional assistance programs, and more. Working hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated and mission-aligned Pediatrician to join our integrated care team. The Pediatrician will provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to impact community health meaningfully while working alongside a team committed to equity, excellence, and compassion.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide well-child care, routine health screenings, developmental assessments, and immunizations. </li><li>Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, infections, and chronic conditions. </li><li>Partner with behavioral health, dental, and care coordination teams to address the holistic needs of pediatric patients. </li><li>Educate patients and families on nutrition, growth and development, disease prevention, and health maintenance. </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) according to LLCHC policies and federal regulations. </li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings, and community outreach efforts as needed. </li><li>Adhere to all FQHC standards, HIPAA requirements, and OSHA guidelines. </li><li>Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants as appropriate. </li><li>Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (shared among pediatric providers). </li><li>The physician will promote the health center to the community at large. </li><li>The physician will manage their time efficiently and collaborate with the leadership team to support the center's long-term sustainability and impact. </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Help co-lead-and eventually lead-our Pediatrics Committee Meetings, shaping how we care for children and families across the organization. </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with community pediatric partners. </li><li>Support and mentor fellow providers who have less pediatric experience, sharing knowledge and building confidence across the care team. </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS AND PERKS</p> <ul> <li>Health benefits including medical, vision, dental, life, disability </li><li>Generous Paid Time Off </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Student loan forgiveness opportunities </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with access to various consultants </li><li>3% match toward retirement fund </li><li>And more! </li></ul> <p>LIVING OUR VALUES</p> <p>You are mission-oriented and passionate about living out your purpose.
