<p>Notre Dame Learning Office of Digital Learning (ODL) at Notre Dame Learning is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Management Intern for Summer 2025. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain leadership experience by managing a team of Academic Media and Learning Design interns on a Summer Sprint project and exploring AI-driven efficiencies to enhance ODL's operational processes.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain hands-on experience in project management, team management, and process improvement while contributing to impactful digital learning initiatives.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>The responsibilities of this role are commensurate with experience and educational background. Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Project Managing a Digital Learning Project</p> </li><li> <p>Under the supervision of the Senior Digital Learning Project Manager, serve as the project lead for a cohort of Academic Media and Learning Design interns working collaboratively on a summer-long digital learning project</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate project planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with ODL best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate team meetings, monitor progress using project management tools (Asana), and foster an environment of collaboration and innovation</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure a successful final project outcome</p> </li><li> <p>Exploring AI-Driven Efficiencies for ODL Operations</p> </li><li> <p>Develop innovative approaches to streamline the creation of Project Charters, which outline the scope, objectives, and relationships for ODL projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Investigate how AI tools can enhance operational processes, from drafting charters to optimizing workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with team members to prototype and document these enhancements.</p> </li></ul> <p>In addition to those responsibilities, the candidate will also have the chance to shadow ODL Project Managers on a variety of projects to further gain experience working with faculty members, stakeholders and other ODL team members.</p> <p>Join Us</p> <p>Notre Dame Learning is a collaborative and innovative team that supports faculty and students in creating transformative learning experiences.
