<p>Overview/ Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Technical Writer to join our Army Tactical Network IPS team on-site in Aberdeen MD. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in creating clear and concise documentation for technical processes, products, and systems.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Advises, manages, and mentors personnel assigned to technical documentation function. </li><li>Interfaces with engineers and technical professionals in writing, editing and publishing various types of documents (e.g., test plans, test reports, survey reports). </li><li>Oversees in-house production flow of technical publications. </li><li>Tracks and monitors flow of all documents from inception to distribution of final copies. </li><li>Identifies and corrects problem areas as they arise. </li><li>Provides final quality assurance check for all document deliverables. </li><li>Participates in department and company-wide proposal writing projects. </li><li>Often serves as proposal coordinator for large production efforts. </li><li>Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. </li><li>Plans and leads major technology assignments. </li><li>Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. </li><li>May supervise others. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must have a SECRET level clearance </li><li>Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school in English or Journalism </li><li>Minimum of six (6) year of professional technical writing experience producing technical documentation on programs supporting projects of similar scope and complexity to this requirement. </li></ul> <p>About Sev1Tech LLC</p> <p>Welcome to Sev1Tech!
