The Program Manager works under the supervision of the Director of ID/LGBTQ Programs to ensure successful implementation of all program activities, achievement of contractual deliverables, and compliance with funder requirements.</p> <p>The Program Manager oversees all aspects of HIV prevention programming, including PrEP/PEP navigation, HIV testing and counseling, linkage to HIV care and treatment services, and community outreach initiatives targeting youth and young adults at increased risk for HIV. This position is responsible for program planning, quality improvement initiatives, data management and reporting, budget monitoring, staff supervision and development, and representing the program with external stakeholders and community partners. The Program Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality, culturally competent, and evidence-based services while meeting all programmatic goals and performance metrics</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Provides overall management and strategic leadership for the YACAP program, ensuring alignment with agency mission, funder requirements, and best practices in HIV prevention and youth services. </li><li>Works under the supervision of the Director of ID/LGBTQ Programs to develop and implement program work plans, timelines, and deliverables in accordance with contract specifications and funding requirements. </li><li>Ensures timely completion and submission of all program deliverables, including monthly reports, quarterly reports, annual reports, performance metrics, and other required programmatic documentation to funders and agency leadership. </li><li>Develops, implements, and monitors program policies and procedures to ensure consistency with agency standards, regulatory requirements, confidentiality protocols, and best practices in HIV prevention and youth services. </li><li>Oversee recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies for program participants ages 13-29, ensuring achievement of enrollment targets and retention benchmarks established by funders. </li><li>Develops and maintains partnerships with community-based organizations, schools, colleges, youth-serving agencies, LGBTQ organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance program reach and effectiveness. </li><li>Plans, coordinates, and oversees community outreach activities, health education events, HIV testing initiatives, and awareness campaigns targeting youth and young adults in high-prevalence areas. </li><li>Directly supervises YACAP Case Manager(s) and other program staff, providing clinical supervision, administrative oversight, professional development opportunities, and performance feedback. </li><li>Collaborates with medical providers, PrEP navigators, social workers, mental health clinicians, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team to coordinate comprehensive HIV prevention and care services for program participants. </li><li>Ensures timely, accurate, and complete data collection and entry into electronic medical records (eCW), AIRS, and other required data systems by all program staff, and conducts regular data quality audits. </li><li>Analyzes program data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, inform programmatic decisions, and develop data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. </li><li>Prepares comprehensive monthly reports, quarterly performance reports, and annual program evaluations for submission to funders, agency leadership, and external stakeholders, including analysis of program achievements, challenges, and recommendations </li><li>Complies with the agency mission, employee health policies, ID and LGBTQ program protocols, and all agency standards for professional conduct, ethics, and service delivery. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, public health, health education, psychology, human services, or a related field preferred </li><li>Extensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS risk behaviors and related issues. </li><li>Two (2) to four (4) years of HIV program management preferred. </li></ul> <p>#LI-DF1</p>
