<p>Location: Rochester Hills</p> <ul> <li>Onsite 5 days/week 9am-530pm </li><li>Weekends are not required but offered </li><li>Start and end of day is flexible depending on population that they see but 1-2 evenings until 6 or 7 is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment goals. </li><li>Administers individual and group therapy. </li><li>Maintains thorough and confidential records of observations. </li><li>Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. </li><li>Provides patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community. </li><li>Works directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Masters Degree with at least 3 years experience in the field of counseling, social work or psychology (Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required). </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Licensed Master Social Worker </li><li>Licensed Counselor </li><li>Licensed Psychologist </li><li>Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family </li><li>BLS Provider preferred.
