Communication methods include the use of a computer-based telephone system console, public address and digital paging system, and a radio based network.</p> <p>Console Operator Position Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum one (1) year of experience in a Customer Service environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous switchboard experience in a fast-paced environment preferred, but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Outlook required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Console Operator Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Shifts, hours and days of the week will vary as the schedule requires. </li><li>Available for "on-call" as circumstances dictate. </li></ul> <p>Console Operator Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non-12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union.</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary range: $17.09 - $23.08 Commensurate with experience</p>
