If you're a motivated team player with a sales mindset and a commitment to outstanding service, we want you on our team!</p> <p>The Opportunity: Our Livonia branch is seeking a full time Relationship Banker to join their team!</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to efficiently serve members. </li><li>Provide superior service to prospective and existing members in a timely manner. </li><li>Actively promote and communicate potential financial opportunities. </li><li>Meet individual sales goals. </li><li>Keep current on individual and team sales and service results. </li><li>Process new accounts and daily work accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Use membership data to proactively offer additional products and services to members. </li><li>Accurately process teller transactions in a multitasking environment and maintain cash balancing standards. </li><li>Adhere to branch compliance and security procedures. </li><li>Conduct loan closings </li><li>Participate in the branch team development program. </li><li>Assist co-workers with transactions and procedures. </li><li>Balance daily membership and loan transactions. </li><li>Provide notary services. </li><li>Work in any assigned area of the branch as needed. </li><li>Saturday hours required. </li><li>Efficiently handle large amounts of cash. </li><li>Additional training and meeting times required; travel may be required. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>One year goal driven sales experience in a financial institution. </li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to provide superior service to members on all products, using effective sales skills. </li><li>Willingness to work in fast paced, goal-oriented environment. </li><li>Ability to become an expert in evaluating member needs, while making our member your priority. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication. </li><li>Consistent positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude. </li><li>Ability to move up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Windows. </li><li>Ability to function as a team player in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to organize priorities. </li><li>Willingness and ability to work at any of our branch offices. </li></ul>
