<p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred. </li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>Must have a reliable telephone and transportation number. </li></ul> <p>JOB SPECIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the day-to-day operations within the primary area of responsibility over scheduling/staffing, managing daily budgeted hours, and limiting overtime of the operation. </li><li>Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) </li><li>Implement safety plan for station </li><li>Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing suitable corrective and/or preventative actions where necessary </li><li>Perform all duties of subordinate employees when necessary. </li><li>Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) </li><li>Train/retrain all personnel in airline procedures, safety procedures, and company policies. </li><li>Maintain good employee relations. Handle employee problems in an efficient and effective manner. </li><li>Client Relations -- Effectively communicate with senior airline management and project a positive image in responding to inquiries from airlines, staff and the public. </li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives. </li><li>Monitor employee activity and makes adjustments as needed. </li><li>Handle Off Schedule Operations when Manager is not available. </li><li>Perform other duties as requested. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Motivated leaders who are willing to roll-up their sleeves and work alongside the employees </li><li>1 year or more of Supervisory experience preferred. </li><li>Operations or Airline experience preferred. </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Strong computer skills; Word, Excel, data entry skills </li><li>Flexibility, multitasking and experience working in a changing environment </li></ul>
