Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Key Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and present analyses of financial results and business activities including client program results. </li><li>Support development of annual budget and operating plan. </li><li>Maintain database of key operating, financial and client metrics. </li><li>Support transaction processing for business operations including management of staff responsible for transaction processing </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by Eurofins and its clients. </li><li>Applies good practices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate. </li><li>Regular attendance and punctuality. </li><li>Demonstrates and promotes the company vision. </li><li>Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Accounting and Financial Management - A solid working understanding of core accounting principles and financial measurement and management. </li><li>Analysis and Technology Tools - Advanced knowledge on analysis methods and applicable technology tools including Excel and basic data base applications to support business operations through financial and KPI measurement and management. </li><li>Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. </li><li>Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
