<p>Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Senior IAM Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the team and practice responsible for identity and access management </li><li>The Senior IAM Manager will collaborate with various groups in the global technology organization on the development of standards and best practice guidelines and procedures </li><li>Provide direction and support for the adoption and management of Privilege Access Management, Single Sign On, Multi-factor Authentication, and similar secure authentication services </li><li>Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of identity governance and administration capabilities </li><li>Develop, build, and maintain technology, integrations, and automation which enable continuous contextual authentication and authorization </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across various technical functions to develop and maintain the roadmap for enterprise IAM solutions </li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of identity and access management best practices, including Zero Trust Architecture, Consumer-IAM, and non-human identity management </li><li>Stay up to date and informed on changing IT and information security trends </li><li>Create, communicate, and continuously monitor and improve metrics and KPIs </li><li>Manage vendor relationships for both technology and operations </li><li>Collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams to help drive security maturity </li><li>The Senior IAM Manager will contribute positively to the culture of information security across the org </li><li>Supervisory responsibilities </li><li>Other duties as assigned* GIAC, (ISC)2, AWS Security or similar technical certification a plus </li><li>5+ years of experience with multiple authentication and authorization solutions and directory platforms </li><li>5+ years of experience with identity security solutions such as Okta, Duo, CyberArk, Delinea, etc. </li><li>Excellent understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege and segregation of duties access control concepts </li><li>Proven experience leading a practice around identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions </li><li>Positive track record of successful IAM implementations and support of those systems </li><li>Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, LDAP and similar directory services </li><li>Ability to communicate issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Strong work ethic with attention to detail </li><li>Ability to excel in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment </li><li>Proven ability to mentor, grow, and develop a team </li></ul>
