These values are our foundation!</p> <p>About The Role</p> <p>The Manager, FP&A North America will play a critical role in the company,</p> <p>owning the reporting process and driving business analysis and insight for</p> <p>several key product lines including Messaging, Email, and Applications within the</p> <p>North America region. The role will report directly to the Director, FP&A North</p> <p>America. This person will work closely with the senior management team and</p> <p>other business and finance leaders and hold a highly visible position within the</p> <p>Company.</p> <p>You will be primarily responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Maintaining and improving on the framework for analyzing and reporting </li></ul> <p>on the growth, profitability and returns of the North America business</p> <p>across the Messaging, Email, and Applications product lines.</p> <ul> <li>Delivering frequent and time sensitive ad hoc analyses. </li><li>Preparing and presenting operational and financial results to business </li></ul> <p>leaders and supporting presentations to the senior management team.</p> <ul> <li>Creating and maintaining short-term and long-range business forecasts </li></ul> <p>including the annual budget.</p> <ul> <li>Managing and developing a team of two Financial Analysts, fostering a </li></ul> <p>culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and collaboration.</p> <p>The ideal candidate must be driven by a high degree of intellectual curiosity, have</p> <p>exceptional organizational capabilities, be highly motivated to influence and</p> <p>push for positive change through their work, have a strong grounding in complex</p> <p>and detailed financial modeling, and have excellent interpersonal skills and</p> <p>confidence in interacting with senior executives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the modeling and forecasting function for the Messaging, Email, and </li></ul> <p>Application product lines in the North America region through</p> <p>collaborations with business owners and support the Director in</p> <p>presenting financial plans to executive management.</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and present monthly and quarterly operational and financial </li></ul> <p>reporting to business leaders.</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and evaluate the strategic and budgetary impact of new business </li></ul> <p>opportunities including new service offerings.</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and monitor key financial trends and critical metrics for the </li></ul> <p>region for internal reporting to the leadership team to support business</p> <p>decisions, understanding key variances and business drivers.</p> <ul> <li>Analyze complex data to deliver actionable information for </li></ul> <p>recommendations to senior management.</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Director, FP&A North America in major projects to improve </li></ul> <p>global systems, methods, and databases which support the business divisions.</p> <p>Required Background & Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with advanced degree and/or </li></ul> <p>certifications (MBA, CFA or CPA) preferred.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent business modeling and analytical skills; superior understanding </li></ul> <p>of business drivers; and strong capabilities in translating business terms</p> <p>into financial models.</p> <ul> <li>5 plus years of experience in FP&A, Public Accounting, investment banking </li></ul> <p>or private equity.</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of accounting concepts as they relate to financial </li></ul> <p>modeling and analysis.</p> <ul> <li>In-depth practical knowledge and understanding of financial analysis </li></ul> <p>techniques and methodologies, financial and business planning, and</p> <p>budgeting and forecasting processes.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to distill complex financial and operational data into clear, </li></ul> <p>actionable strategic insights, and effectively present recommendations to</p> <p>executive leadership.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis </li></ul> <p>and forecasting of financial and other business information.</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well- </li></ul> <p>developed presentation skills.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to handle competing priorities effectively, making good decisions </li></ul> <p>based on business priorities and objectives.</p> <ul> <li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint are required. </li><li>Experience with Tableau and AI software is a plus. </li><li>Experience in the communications or SaaS industry is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Our Hiring Process</p> <p>We are committed to ensuring a recruitment process that is fair, objective,</p> <p>consistent, and inclusive.
