<p>SUMMARY</p> <p>Record and review all documents involved in the movement of material received or delivered.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Includes the following:</p> <ul> <li>Records and reviews all documents involved in the movement of material received or delivered. </li><li>Confirms accuracy of all documents and inventories within the purchasing and inventory control departments. </li><li>Processes and files all necessary paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control. </li><li>Works with other departments to ensure accuracy and traceability of all material received and delivered. </li><li>Works with other departments to complete the material and procurement process. </li><li>Performs data entry into financial and non-inventory management systems. </li><li>Reviews and distributes necessary documents to ensure delivery. </li><li>Performs inventory counts and helps facilitate variance reconciliation. </li><li>Performs cycle counts, coordinates inventory adjustments, and various other material control functions. </li><li>Monitors inventory replenishment processes and makes adjustments needed to maintain adequate stock levels. </li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY</p> <p>Manage multiple projects without having direct supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift certification required.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. </li><li>Working knowledge of standard material control and data entry procedures and practices. </li><li>Excellent written, communication, presentation and computer skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Excellent analytical, attention to details, self-motivation, and organizational skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. </li><li>Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Work may require travel, including overnight stays.</p> <p>NOTE, this job is a safety sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements.
