<p>Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern for the Summer. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing financial institution. As an HR Intern at RFCU, you will work closely with our HR team and contribute to various HR initiatives and projects.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. </li><li>Onboarding Assistance: Support new employee onboarding by preparing welcome packets, assisting with orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. </li><li>HR Administration: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports. </li><li>Training and Development: Support the training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training progress, and evaluating training effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. </li></ul> <p>Are you ready to apply?</p> <p>If this sounds like what you are looking for then the next step is to apply!
