This is a key leadership role managing end-to-end programs in the aerospace manufacturing field. Join a company that drives technological excellence and meaningful impact in the defense industry, working on diverse and complex projects that connect innovation, teamwork, and operational performance</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage projects in the aerospace manufacturing domain</p> <p>Take full responsibility for programs from proposal stage through initiation, execution, and completion, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality, schedule, and budget</p> <p>Monitor project budget performance and cost control</p> <p>Maintain active presence on production lines and accompany the program both on site and with the customer</p> <p>Perform continuous risk management and lead mitigation activities to reduce risk levels and achieve targets</p> <p>Lead ongoing communication and coordination with customers</p> <p>Manage overall project execution according to work plans ensuring achievement of operational and business objectives</p> <p>Lead in a matrix environment across multiple technical and business disciplines</p> <p>Ensure milestone delivery on time and within agreed budget</p> <p>Serve as point of contact for customers and manage all program-related interactions</p> <p>Oversee program financial indicators including sales performance, profit and loss, and payments</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Engineering, Technology, or Business</p> <p>Proven experience in program or project management</p> <p>Experience in customer interface management - Significant advantage</p> <p>Leadership capabilities with experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple interfaces</p> <p>System-level thinking and independent decision-making ability</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p> <p>Very good level of English</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
