Related fields may include direct support such as case management, residential support, developmentally disabled support, vocational rehabilitation, and more. Four years of qualifying experience minimum or a combination of education and experience equaling four years required.</p> <p>OR....</p> <p>Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) - CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CCDP-D</p> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle; must be at least 23 years of age to operate a 15-passenger van </li><li>Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance </li><li>Must have reliable transportation to transport clients in a personal vehicle </li><li>Adequate communication skills to produce clear documentation and communicate effectively </li><li>Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and coordinate services across multiple resources </li><li>Ability to follow direction, accept supervision, and maintain effective relationships with clients and families </li><li>Must attain any required trainings to support professional development and meet program standards </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. Requires repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and writing.
