Our center provides a nurturing, play-based environment where children grow, explore, and build foundational skills in their earliest years.</p> <p>This role is perfect for an educator who loves working with young children and is committed to creating a safe, caring, and developmentally rich classroom environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead an infant or toddler classroom following New Jersey licensing and safety guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Create a nurturing, predictable environment that supports secure attachments and early learning.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
