The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and strategic expertise in one of the two platforms, though experience across both Databricks and AWS is highly preferred. In this strategic role, you will work with the BG Practice Leader to help drive our Databricks /AWS differentiated offerings, presales and solutioning efforts in the AWS/ Databricks Business Group. As a part of the team, you will collaborate closely with the Databricks /AWS global alliance lead and specialized sales team, to drive joint go-to-market efforts that leverage our proprietary intellectual property (IP) in our chosen industry and process focus areas.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li>Offerings and Solutions: </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Support the development and evolution of Databricks /AWS offerings in collaboration with senior leaders</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to help shape and operationalize go-to-market solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Provide hands-on presales and solutioning support to enable successful client pursuits</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with clients during both sales and delivery phases to ensure solution alignment and execution excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with CoE and business leaders to showcase the value of cloud solutions and contribute to growth</p> </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Global Alliance Collaboration: </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with the Databricks /AWS global alliance lead to strengthen the relationship and ensure alignment with shared objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate on joint initiatives, contributing insights and execution support to maximize partnership impact</p> </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Proprietary IP Utilization: </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Leverage the proprietary intellectual property (IP) owned by the company in our chosen industry and process focus areas to create differentiated offerings on the Databricks /AWS platform.</p> </li><li> <p>Support in driving the identification, assessment, and development of solutions that merge our IP with Databricks /AWS services.</p> </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Go-to-Market Strategy: </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that showcase the combined strengths of our company and Databricks /AWS.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the development of compelling messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools to support business development efforts.</p> </li></ul> <ol start="5"> <li>Solution Development: </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Be a part of a team of experts to architect, design, and develop innovative solutions that harness the capabilities of Databricks /AWS while incorporating our industry-specific insights and IP.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure solutions align with best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.</p> </li></ul> <ol start="6"> <li>Thought Leadership: </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Help support the practice leader establish the Databricks /AWS Business Group as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to webinars, whitepapers, industry events, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and expertise.</p> </li></ul> <ol start="7"> <li>Performance Measurement: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Regularly report on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications we seek in you!</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in senior leadership roles within a technology consulting, system integration, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>In-depth expertise in Databricks /AWS services, architecture, and cloud solutions, with certifications being a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Experience in the Databricks /AWS ecosystem</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and transformative change.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in developing and launching successful joint go-to-market initiatives with technology partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are a visionary leader with a passion for driving collaboration, innovation, and growth through the Databricks /AWS ecosystem, we invite you to apply for this pivotal role.
