Join the Dollar General Journey and see how your career can thrive.</p> <p>Company Overview</p> <p>General Summary:</p> <p>Supports the Compliance Department in the implementation of Store Ops initiatives by collecting and coordinating various information between stores, field management, and 3rd parties.</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates sending compliance communications that drive individual store activities, while also managing the collection and tracking of responses as required. </li><li>Maintains and updates a detailed database, ensuring timely entry, and proper categorization for reporting and compliance purposes </li><li>Communicate with stores and field leaders to share information about non-compliance issues and provide clear next steps to support resolution. </li><li>Serves as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence via mail, email, and phone to ensure timely and accurate communication. </li><li>Tracks and reports on the progress of compliance initiatives </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):</p> <ul> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with differing deadlines. </li><li>Ability to describe complex issues in a clear manner, whether verbally or in writing, as appropriate for the needs of the audience. </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word). </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Work Experience &/or Education:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a retail environment. </li><li>An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. </li></ul>
