<p>Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Indianapolis, IN, and hiring experienced Non-CDL Drivers to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire, home-daily position with immediate benefits and weekly pay!</p> <p>Pay:</p> <ul> <li>$25/hr during loading & unloading of the truck </li><li>$0.40 per mile (avg 100-500 miles per day) </li><li>$6 per stop (avg 10-15 stops per day) </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>1st Shift | Tuesday-Friday </li><li>Start time between 6AM-8AM </li><li>10-12 hour shifts </li></ul> <p>Job Details:</p> <p>This is a local, home-daily driving role averaging 100-300 miles per day. Drivers will operate a 16' box truck delivering restaurant supplies to customer locations. This is a touch-freight position that requires loading and unloading products by hand, with an average of 8-15 stops per day.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for performing pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections, ensuring your truck is in proper working condition. You'll deliver products safely and efficiently to customer locations while providing excellent customer service. Drivers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their vehicle, follow DOT regulations, and report any maintenance issues promptly. Each day, you'll handle multiple stops, unload freight, and work closely with both dispatch and customers to complete deliveries accurately and on time.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver License (Non-CDL) </li><li>Current DOT Medical Card </li><li>At least 1 year of recent box truck driving experience within the last 3 years </li><li>Acceptable MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening(s) </li><li>Reliable, safe, and customer-focused </li></ul> <p>Driver Benefits Package:</p> <p>We believe in taking care of our drivers, which is why we offer weekly pay through direct deposit along with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
