Nurses benefit from manageable patient ratios, strong interdisciplinary support, and a culture that promotes work-life balance and professional growth.</p> <p>How you'll contribute</p> <p>A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies individual care needs </li><li>Initiates and implements appropriate nursing interventions </li><li>Delivers care appropriate to the condition and age of each patient </li><li>Documents medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner </li><li>Completes and revises Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients </li><li>Performs timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments </li><li>Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes </li><li>Demonstrates strong attention to detail in clinical documentation </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for</p> <p>We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse with strong clinical and communication skills.</p> <p>Applicants should have a current state RN license and meet the following requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Nursing Diploma program </li><li>Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse </li><li>CPR/BCLS certification required </li><li>ACLS certification preferred </li><li>CRRN certification preferred </li><li>Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred </li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <p>PRN</p> <p>Why join us</p> <p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
