We are looking for a creative, sales-driven Social Media Expert (all platforms) to help grow our brand, increase store traffic, and generate high-quality leads for our Rent-to-Own/Retail business.</p> <p>This role is about more than posting - it's about driving dollars.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Create and execute a social media strategy that drives in-store traffic and online leads </li><li>Promote weekly specials, tax season campaigns, rebooking opportunities, and new inventory </li><li>Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) </li><li>Oversee Facebook Marketplace listings and local lead generation </li><li>Create engaging content (reels, short-form videos, promos, testimonials) </li><li>Track analytics and adjust campaigns to improve ROI </li><li>Support multiple locations with localized marketing efforts </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing social media for retail or consumer-facing businesses </li><li>Strong understanding of paid ads and local targeting </li><li>Ability to create compelling offers and calls-to-action </li><li>Skilled in short-form video and promotional content </li><li>Data-driven mindset with a focus on lead conversion </li><li>Self-starter who understands urgency and revenue impact </li></ul> <p>Success in This Role Looks Like:</p> <ul> <li>Increased store traffic </li><li>More qualified leads </li><li>Higher rebooking rates </li><li>Strong engagement and brand presence in local markets </li></ul> <p>If you know how to turn content into customers and engagement into revenue - we want to talk to you.</p>
