We are looking for great people who want to take this journey with us! Get a sneak peek into life at ADESA!</p> <p>Role and Team</p> <p>This position is responsible for pick up and delivery of customer vehicles (using a 2 car rollback, wrecker, etc.) and reports to the Operations Manager or designated manager as part of the Transportation/Logistics team.  </p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver customer vehicles </li><li>Load and unload customer vehicles </li><li>Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver Qualification Policy.  Consistent, and safe driving is crucial for this role. </li><li>Complete condition reports and complete paperwork related to the pick up and delivery of the vehicle </li><li>Communicate with customers to verify vehicle information and condition of vehicles </li><li>Maintain good flow of communication with all team members and practice good teamwork </li><li>Inspect the wrecker or rollback to ensure the vehicle maintains good maintenance and safe driving conditions </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School or GED required </li><li>Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years </li><li>Must be able to drive vehicles with either standard or automatic transmissions </li><li>Must have Tow Endorsement </li><li>Must have a current DOT Medical Card </li><li>Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and a background check </li><li>Previous DOT driving experience </li><li>Previous experience operating a 2 car rollback </li><li>Effective customer relations, communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Must be 18 years of age </li></ul> <p>ADESA Benefits and Perks</p> <p>Competitive Pay | Quality Benefits | Holiday and Paid Time Off | Education and Equipment Reimbursement Programs | Matching 401(k) | Career Path Opportunities | And More!</p> <p> </p> <p>Other Requirements</p> <p>To be able to do your job at ADESA, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.
