You'll deliver goal-driven therapy to support communication, feeding, and swallowing development-right in the child's most natural environment.</p> <p>Compensation & Scheduling:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit </li><li>Start of Care Visits: Up to $120.00 per SOC </li><li>Part-Time Caseload: 10-20 visits per week </li><li>Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans </li><li>Provide therapy targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and swallowing </li><li>Educate and train families and caregivers to support therapy carryover </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations </li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care </li></ul>
