<p>YOUR MISSION:</p> <p>As a Senior Data Analyst on our Business Operations team, you'll be at the heart of how we use data to drive growth, efficiency, and clarity across our commercial organization. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to transform raw data into insights that shape strategy and execution. Your work will help us understand performance, design smarter processes, and accelerate how our go-to-market teams operate.</p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to combine the technical depth of a data analyst with the strategic impact of a business operator. You'll bring analytical rigor to some of our biggest questions, and build data products and frameworks that scale with the company.</p> <p>IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of end-to-end analytics projects in GTM domain: from defining the problem, to pulling and modeling data, to visualizing insights, to telling the story. </li><li>Partner with GTM leaders to design dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and decision-making. </li><li>Run exploratory analyses to uncover growth opportunities, efficiency gaps, and trends across revenue streams and customer segments. </li><li>Build and deploy predictive models such as customer lifetime value (LTV), churn risk, and upsell propensity to guide commercial strategy. </li><li>Conduct time-series forecasting for metrics like product usage, revenue, and pipeline performance to support planning and target-setting. </li><li>Work with analytics engineers to improve and scale our data models, ensuring high-quality, reliable sources for business-critical reporting. </li><li>Define and maintain data tracking requirements across commercial tools (CRM, marketing automation, product analytics). </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to turn strategic goals into measurable outcomes and provide clarity on performance against targets. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in data analytics or product analytics, with 3+ years focused on the GTM domain (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) at a high-growth tech company or in consulting/finance with strong analytical and commercial exposure. </li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL (comfort with Python or R for deeper analysis is a plus) </li><li>Experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, survival analysis, time-series forecasting) to real-world business problems. </li><li>Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar, open source tools like Superset is a plus). </li><li>Proven ability to design metrics, build dashboards, and tell compelling stories with data. </li><li>Experience working with sales and marketing data (CRM systems like Salesforce, marketing automation tools, customer success platforms). </li><li>A strong mix of technical skills and business acumen you can both dig into a dataset and explain what it means for the business. </li><li>Excellent communication skills you can simplify complexity and influence stakeholders across all levels. </li><li>Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. </li></ul> <p>WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?</p> <ul> <li>Join a diverse team of 40+ nationalities with flat hierarchies and a collaborative company culture, and enjoy an immersive onboarding experience in Berlin to dive into our product and culture. </li><li>Opportunity to build and scale your career at the intersection of customer-facing roles and engineering in a dynamic startup on its journey to become an international leader in SaaS platforms for Conversational AI. </li><li>A beautiful office with flair in the heart of NYC with all the conveniences, such as social area, snacks, and drinks. </li><li>Competitive compensation and equity package. </li><li>Flexible working hours, unlimited PTO, and travel opportunities. </li><li>Access to a training and development budget for continuous professional growth. </li><li>ClassPass membership, Nilo Health, Health insurance, weekly sponsored office lunches. </li><li>Regular team events, game nights, and other social activities. </li><li>Hybrid work environment - we believe in hiring the best talent, no matter where they are based.
