<p>Jefferson is seeking a System Liaison / Business Requirements Coordinator to support The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Federal Transit Administration's (FTA's) Office of Administration (TAD) with management and technical assistance for its ticketing and service request platform and Customer Service Portal (CSP).</p> <p>The System Liaison serves as the central coordination point between CSP users, ticket agents, the technical team, and FTA TAD leadership. This role supports system stewardship, configuration updates, issue resolution, and documentation of business requirements for system enhancements and potential future integration or migration efforts.</p> <p>This role will be hybrid with the preponderance of the work being performed off-site and with some activities requiring on-site performance at FTA Headquarters, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590.</p> <p>This position is being posted in preparation for a proposal and is not yet funded. Join us at Jefferson, where your career becomes a journey of continuous advancement, and your talents find the platform they deserve.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary liaison between program offices, ticket agents, and the technical team to support a reliable and efficient CSP environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate minor configuration updates, enhancement requests, and issue escalation with the technical team.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor ticket queues to identify routing issues, bottlenecks, or delays and support resolution efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Document CSP business requirements for system enhancements and track requirements from intake through deployment.</p> </li><li> <p>Support analysis and documentation related to potential migration, consolidation, or integration of the CSP with a department-wide ticketing system.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with change management discussions and communication planning related to system updates.</p> </li><li> <p>Support development of system liaison summary reports and other task-area deliverables.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's degree in a relevant field.</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 3 years' experience in business consulting, process improvement, strategy, or a related field.
