Our clients trust us with their most valuable possessions so, we're more than just a bit selective when it comes to hiring new team members.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Operations Analyst will be responsible for running daily, weekly, and monthly reporting items for the Operations team within Goosehead Insurance. This role will act as a key business partner to sales and service leadership, delivering updates on critical performance metrics, managing standard reporting packages, and aiding in our dashboard migration efforts to Tableau as our primary business intelligence visualization tool.</p> <p>This individual will also work on standard monthly analysis of licensing workflows and carrier product availability as it relates to strategic agent/office placement, lead routing, and licensing/product profiles within the sales and service divisions. They will also be crucial in creating and maintaining reporting on performance and analyzing team performance in an effort to streamline and expedite agent onboarding.</p> <p>This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Tableau, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales reporting, data visualization, and performance tracking within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Operations Reporting & Analytics</p> <ul> <li>Run and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Operations reports to support all Operations channels. </li><li>Partner with sales and service teams to provide updates on report requests and ad hoc data needs. </li><li>Develop and refine standard reporting packages to ensure consistency and accuracy. </li><li>Identify trends and insights from Operations data to support strategic decision-making and enhance the agent onboarding process. </li></ul> <p>Licensing & Carrier Analytics</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate and monitor agent and entity licensing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with Operations and Carrier Relations teams to standardize procedures across states and carriers. </li><li>Analyze trends in carrier offerings and flag changes that impact agency operations or sales strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with executives, Franchise Development and Partnerships on strategic office placement. </li><li>Partner with Enterprise Sales and Service on licensing/product profiles for enhanced lead routing. </li></ul> <p>Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development</p> <ul> <li>Lead the migration of Operations dashboards from legacy tools to Tableau, ensuring an improved and user-friendly visualization experience. </li><li>Continuously optimize and redesign Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs. </li><li>Design and build new Tableau reports for all areas of the business including C-Level, VP and Director level, Manager and rep level reporting. </li><li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Operations leadership to understand reporting requirements and optimize Operations performance tracking. </li><li>Collaborate with IT and Revenue Operations teams to enhance data structures and automation for reporting efficiencies. </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, reporting, and visualization. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales analytics, or a related field. </li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Tableau is required. </li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence. </li><li>Experience working with large datasets and conducting data validation for reporting accuracy. </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Goosehead?</p> <ul> <li>Be part of a high-growth, publicly traded company with strong career advancement opportunities. </li><li>Work in a collaborative environment with leadership that values data-driven decision-making. </li><li>Competitive compensation, benefits, and a performance-based culture that rewards innovation. </li></ul> <p>If you are a data-driven professional with expertise in Salesforce.com and Tableau, and you are passionate about optimizing revenue operations through analytics, we encourage you to apply and be a part of Goosehead Insurance's continued success.</p> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity:</p> <p>Goosehead is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, guidelines, and regulations.
