<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Regional Pro Specialist is responsible for accelerating Pro-segment growth across big-box retail, including Lowe's and The Home Depot for Larson, Fiberon, and Therma-Tru brands. This role serves as the regional PRO expert for the Outdoors B2C (Retail) Business Unit-building strategic partnerships, generating high-value Pro opportunities, and executing field initiatives that increase revenue, loyalty, and project penetration.</p> <p>You will collaborate closely with distribution partners, retail representatives, and retail channel outside sales associates to expand our footprint, convert builder and contractor business, and deliver seamless, high-quality project experiences for Pro customers across your assigned territory.</p> <p>Location & Travel: This is a field-based role requiring travel throughout our Northeast Sales Region - Maine down to Maryland, over to Ohio and Michigan. We expect up to 75% travel, including both driving and air travel</p> <p>Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus annual sales incentive and other opportunities for performance-based contests and bonuses</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Capture a targeted share of addressable business within assigned region </li><li>Implement Pro focused programs and promotional initiatives within the retail environment </li><li>Promote the full product portfolio across Lowe's, Home Depot, and distribution networks </li><li>Collaborate with Retail Channel Outside Sellers monthly; gaining alignment on active projects, upcoming opportunities, and Pro promotions </li><li>Become the regional expert in high-level blueprint reading and full project takeoff execution </li><li>Host region-wide Pro events to deliver enhanced product training to retail and distribution partners to elevate market knowledge and advocacy </li><li>Conduct on-site job visits to support project planning, technical troubleshooting, and accuracy validation </li><li>Manage large, multi-phase, high-value Pro projects to ensure seamless execution from quote to fulfillment </li><li>Support smooth order transactions and timely delivery </li><li>Drive loyalty and repeat purchases through Pro rebate contracts and long-term relationships with complex Pro accounts </li></ul>
