<p>Overview</p> <p>Assist Bruno Operations teams in continuous improvement activities, primarily centered around data visibility in the shops. Work with key internal customers to create interactive dashboards and reports that can be used for tracking/trending data and enabling problem solving activities. Support miscellaneous activities regarding setup of new production lines.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with stakeholders to determine requirements of data visualization projects. </li><li>Develop solutions with Power BI software to solve stakeholder needs. </li><li>Deploy tools into production use and monitor over time to ensure sustainability. </li><li>Seek feedback from users to ensure that tools are usable and operate accurately. </li><li>Validate data models to ensure accuracy prior to launch. </li><li>Assist in documentation and data related actions for new process launch activities. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in a manufacturing environment using data visualization software is strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Read, analyze, and interpret a variety of information, such as technical procedures, business correspondence, oral or diagram form.</p> </li><li> <p>Create written correspondence and verbally present information to internal customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Requires job related software skills, MS Office, MS Power BI and the ability to learn to operate a variety of standard engineering as well as office equipment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions/Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regular office environment, approximately 50%. </li><li>Modern production facility/engineering lab with heat and air conditioning approximately 50% </li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or touch; and talk and hear. </li><li>The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. </li><li>The employee is periodically required to lift up to 25 pounds. </li></ul>
