<p>Financial Analyst - Provider Compensation</p> <p>Formed in 2008 and headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida, with offices in Florida, North Carolina, and Texas, Millennium Healthcare is the largest independent physician group in the state of Florida and one of the largest in the United States. We also promise to care for you as an individual and help you grow in your role.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The Financial Analyst, Provider Compensation, will facilitate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support physician and advanced provider compensation plans. The Analyst will assist Provider Compensation leadership in developing, implementing, and administrating compensation models. They will perform other related financial, data, and administrative functions and administer processes as the department requires. This position can be performed remotely.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Compensation Plan Administration and Analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare calculations for providers compensation.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and distribute reports to providers and ad-hoc analyses as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively identifies and implements improvements to streamline reporting and compensation calculation processes for physicians and advanced provider compensation plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate and support the transition to an enterprise provider compensation system, including system testing, data population and the ongoing maintenance of datasets.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the impact of proposed changes to existing compensation plans or the development of new compensation structures.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists the Provider Compensation Team in preparing for meetings with Providers regarding ongoing compensation plan matters and in compensation plan education for new Providers.</p> </li><li> <p>Reconciles compensation-related accounts to maintain accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzes provider productivity and compensation data to identify trends.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the Provider Compensation Team with Data management, maintenance, and related reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Review, extract, and reconcile information from employment contracts.</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with the enterprise system to validate, transfer data, and maintain system data accurately.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with other business areas to verify information and provides guidance to leadership on provider compensation matters.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skill Sets</p> <ul> <li>Excel Proficiency: Demonstrates expertise in utilizing advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, and the ability to troubleshoot formulas. </li><li>Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in data entry, analysis, and reporting to ensure the integrity of financial information. </li><li>Deadline-Oriented & Organized: Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities effectively, and maintain a high level of organization. </li><li>A degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis, or a related field is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
