Interview technical staff to collect product information and specification. Collect and organize technical information and product images and coordinates layout for publication. Adhere to agreed terminology, style and editorial quality standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change. </li><li>Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting. </li><li>Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies. </li><li>Supports quality, engineering, technology, production, or research departments by collecting and maintaining blueprints, specifications, schematics, or other forms of technical documentation. </li><li>Ensures documents are retained and destroyed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Implements processes for document approval, distribution, modification, and destruction. </li><li>May utilize an electronic document/record management system. </li><li>Ability to read contracts and understand requirements of documentation </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Required Education:Associate's Degree Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/ or Experience </li><li>Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Discipline/Major: Quality or Business Administration preferred </li><li>Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 5-7 years experience </li><li>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Change/Version Control. Change Request Management. Configuration Management. Release Engineering. Writing Procedures & Documentation. </li></ul>
