<p>#Regional Maintenance Coordinator</p> <p>Location: Marianna, AR 72360</p> <p>Job Status: Full-Time</p> <p>Status: Accepting Applications</p> <p>Position Description</p> <p>Our company is seeking a Regional Maintenance Coordinator to facilitate special projects, train and oversee Maintenance Personnel and oversee and direct grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>EPA certification - Type I and II </li><li>Valid Driver's License and current automobile with insurance </li><li>Ability to diagnose problems and repair major appliances </li><li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, pool care, pest control, roof and gutter repair, foundation and sidewalk repair, irrigation and maintenance repairs and general carpentry. </li><li>Other licenses and certifications required by state or federal law </li></ul> <p>Job duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Acting as "Working Coordinator" of Maintenance crews in assigned portfolio. </li><li>Creating/maintaining a current schedule of "on-call" personnel every 6 months. </li><li>Overseeing, directing, teaching, and motivating maintenance staff </li><li>Actively sourcing maintenance personal for open positions </li><li>Ensuring appliance equipment, plumbing m electrical systems, etc. are properly serviced and maintained by each property Maintenance Lead </li><li>Observe and confirm that maintenance staff keep the property grounds, workshops and utility rooms clean, orderly and safe in accordance with OSHA requirements and established company standards and expectations. </li></ul>
