<p>Job Description</p> <p>We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Third Shift Crew Person to join our overnight team. This position is essential to keeping the restaurant running smoothly during overnight hours by supporting customers, preparing orders, and completing required cleaning and sanitation tasks. Team members must be flexible, dependable, and willing to learn multiple positions.</p> <p>Schedule & Availability (Required)</p> <ul> <li>Availability must fall between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM </li><li>Must be available to work overnight on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday </li><li>These are the only nights we operate third shift </li><li>Weekend and holiday availability may be required </li><li>Must be dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to learn and work multiple positions within the restaurant </li><li>Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service </li><li>Prepare and assemble food orders accurately </li><li>Prepare and package orders for delivery customers </li><li>Complete required cleaning, stocking, and sanitation tasks, including: </li><li>Kitchen and equipment cleaning </li><li>Dining and service area cleaning </li><li>Restocking supplies </li><li>Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and security procedures </li><li>Work effectively with limited supervision during overnight hours </li><li>Maintain a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated and able to stay productive during overnight shifts </li><li>Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and procedures </li><li>Strong attention to cleanliness and organization </li><li>Ability to work well independently and as part of a team </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and cleaning </li></ul> <p>Why Join Our Team?</p> <ul> <li>Consistent overnight schedule </li><li>Opportunity to learn multiple positions </li><li>Supportive training and leadership </li><li>Team-oriented work environment </li></ul>
