Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas.</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>A Surveillance Agent protects casino assets via CCTV, in accordance with IRGC regulations and internal controls. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times. </li><li>Observe all guest and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas. </li><li>Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures. </li><li>Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission officials. </li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information. </li><li>Track and complete all government reporting. </li><li>Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations. </li><li>Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. </li><li>Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same. </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. </li><li>One to two years of surveillance experience preferred. </li><li>Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company. </li><li>Gaming industry experience is preferred. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <ul> <li>Top industry pay </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>401k with company match </li><li>Comprehensive health packages </li><li>Paid Time Off </li></ul> <p>Target Salary Range: $15.00 per hour</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
