<p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Wealth Consultant is responsible for uncovering new business opportunities across the Bank footprint and managing their current client relationships. This position will interact with clients and serve as a wealth consultant and helps identify other banking services needed by our high-net-worth clients. This position will serve as the first point of contact for all new business opportunities.</p> <p>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p> <p>Time: Description:</p> <p>40% Promote and develop new business activities for the acquisition of new Wealth clients through ongoing training and development of Bank associates.</p> <p>10% Develop marketing strategies for internal and external partners. Oversee new business outreach efforts (newsletters, events, etc.).</p> <p>10% Provide ongoing feedback and communication with referral partners.</p> <p>15% Track and schedule new business opportunities and follow-up meetings.</p> <p>5% Develop annual client strategies and coordinate team members to implement strategies.</p> <p>10% Perform client reviews and updates to client's financial and estate plans, as needed.</p> <p>10% Oversee the final presentation preparation for clients and/or prospects, utilizing IAA and WOA, as well as available systems: Accutech, Scorecard, fi360, etc.).</p> <p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years investment management, brokerage, or trust experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills. </li><li>Ability to relate to a diverse audience. </li></ul> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.</p> <p>They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.</p> <p>Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
