<p>Under general supervision, position will support warehouse operations and collaborate with business stakeholders and other consultants to help design, develop, deploy and support solutions in SAP S/4HANA and any associated bolt-ons to meet business unit needs for "Extended Warehouse Management" business processes.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support configuration, customization and deployment of the S/4HANA IM/EWM solution across various ATEC locations, ensuring alignment with global business process. </li><li>Provide expertise on end-to-end logistics processes including inbound, outbound, and production logistics (material staging, shop floor inventory, goods issue/receipt). </li><li>Partner with local business stakeholders to ensure system readiness, fit-gap analysis and testing and validation of enhancements or system upgrades </li><li>Contribute to process standardization efforts and support labeling and harmonization across sites. </li><li>Serve as the key business liaison for IM/EWM and provide day-to-day support </li><li>Monitor daily warehouse activities via the EWM Monitor, RF transactions, and delivery queues. </li><li>Train new users on warehouse processes, mobile transactions, and exceptions handling. </li><li>Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and propose improvement ideas. </li><li>Document SOPs, quick-reference guides, and known issues with resolutions. </li><li>Familiarity with general Order to Cash, Source to Pay and Record to Report and the key integration points. </li></ul>
