Curriculum Development: Design and implement lessons in alignment with Project Lead the Way, supporting computer science standards, including programming, algorithms, and web technologies (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript). ? Instruction & Technical Skills: Teach fundamental and advanced topics such as software development, data structures, and computer hardware operations. ? Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, evaluate student performance on projects, and provide constructive feedback on technical skills. ? Classroom Management: Maintain a safe and productive learning environment, including managing computer labs and equipment. ? Student Support: Mentor students and offer extra assistance to those struggling with complex concepts. ? Professional Development: Stay updated with rapid technological advancements to ensure curriculum relevance and attend PLTW trainings and maintain PLTW credentials. Required Skills and Qualifications ? DESE certification required. ? Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in modern programming languages and computer systems. ?
