<p>Description</p> <p>Product Analyst (Systems Analyst) Collaborate with software development teams to manage stakeholders cross-functionally as well as end users and product owners to ensure successful delivery and business adoption of platform enhancements. Produce technical requirements documents for software development projects. Responsible for backlog management, quality assurance of user stories and acceptance criteria for an agile project through scrum initiatives in supporting the full SDLC lifecycle of healthcare products (applications) Perform analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies and gaps on the platforms and applications. Analyze Compliance/Regulatory Requirements provided by healthcare governing body to determine and implement product enhancements required for compliance with federal healthcare regulatory polices. Write SQL queries and use PowerBI. Can WFH up to 3 days per week in the Nashville area. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 5 years of overall progressive IT experience which includes at least 3 years of experience in skill sets and tasks listed in the job description.
