<p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Assist with refurbishment/ renovation of residences and common areas. Perform carpentry work required for refurbishments. Perform light plumbing and electrical work required for refurbishments. On call for emergencies. Participate in Fire Drills. Keep facility safe and clean. Follow established safety rules.
