Provide instruction, remediation, and evaluation in didactic and clinical learning concepts, including patient care simulations. Coordinate and supervise students to ensure that lab experiences meet course objectives and provide individual oversight for practice and/or remediation on technical skills as requested. </li><li>Demonstrate current, detailed, accurate knowledge of concepts tested by the NCLEX-RN, as well as current nursing practice, to provide academic support. </li><li>Community Responsibility: Participate in professional developmental activities outside the College, such as but not limited to community events, boards, clubs, and conferences. Serve on local and state advisory committees as directed by the Director of Nursing. </li><li>College Responsibility: Collaborating with the Director of Assessment and Program Review and of Curriculum and Articulation, the Director of Nursing, and departmental Faculty: identify student-learning outcomes; develop assessment processes and tools; incorporate results to enhance/modify instruction and material, degree program, course cluster, and/or certificate program as appropriate. </li><li>Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and performs other duties as assigned. </li><li>Click here to view the full job description! </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or higher in nursing and minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN providing direct patient Care </li><li>Possess or be eligible for an Arizona Registered Nurse's License. </li><li>Master's Degree in nursing and teaching experience in higher education preferred, but not required; documentation and supporting materials must be made available at the time of application </li></ul> <p>Salary:</p> <p>Faculty salary range is $66,227 - $77,466, commensurate with education and experience.
