The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for assisting the Network team with the administration of the Network environment, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware. This may involve our Monitoring systems, Wifi tools, firewalls, routers, switches and working with Internet Service Providers & Network Security services.</p> <p>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Duties may include any of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Daily Operations - Assist Network Engineers in addressing and troubleshooting system problems </li><li>Network Support - Provide on-site "eyes and ears" to troubleshoot network issues in Windsor locations. Perform configuration of network devices (Wifi, routers, switches, etc.) across offices in North & South America. </li><li>Performance & Tuning - Monitor systems to ensure optimum performance levels and update the monitoring system or related systems due to changes in the environment </li><li>Change Management - Following established IT change management policy and procedures, test, schedule, and implement changes on test and live environments. </li><li>Documentation - Maintain a comprehensive system hardware and software configuration database and all supporting documentation for relevant systems. </li></ul> <p>KEY COMPETENCIES AND KPIs</p> <ul> <li>: Must be enrolled in a technology program.
