This includes software development, infrastructure design, and related service management and process improvement activities. In this delivery-oriented role, you'll plan, track, and apply dependency management strategies to ensure work progresses from concept to launch. You'll work closely with product, operations, and partners to align day-to-day execution with business goals. You'll coordinate work across multiple lanes (production support and new product delivery), removing blockers, managing timelines, and ensuring commitments are met.
