<p>Overview</p> <p>McGuireWoods LLP is seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead our in-house design team and uphold the firm's visual identity across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Manager of Brand Communications, this role blends creative vision, leadership, and hands-on design execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who inspires designers to do their best work, sets a clear vision and strategy, and ensures projects are executed with speed, precision, and consistency. This role requires balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while fostering creativity and high-quality output across the team. Our Privacy Statement describes how we will process and safeguard your personal data.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Set design vision and strategy while overseeing execution of day-to-day projects. </li><li>Lead and mentor a team of designers, encouraging collaboration and growth. </li><li>Collaborate with the Manager of Brand Communications to translate brand strategy into compelling, consistent visuals across print and digital. </li><li>Manage multiple high-volume, time-sensitive projects while maintaining quality. </li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that meet business needs. </li><li>Support larger initiatives such as brand refreshes, campaigns, and rebranding efforts. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>8-10+ years of professional design experience, with proven success in a senior or lead role. Experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred. </li><li>Proven experience mentoring and managing design teams. </li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, creative direction, and execution across print and digital. </li><li>Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint. </li><li>Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and rebranding efforts a plus. </li><li>Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field required. </li></ul> <p>Have more questions?
