Organizes the facilitation and development of curriculum design for on-going and new educational initiatives and supports programming and event planning.</p> <p>This position fosters student success and belonging by leading intern programs, supporting Pride Center programming at all UW-Green Bay Campus locations, and facilitating campus-wide development sessions and certificate programs on topics such as civility, freedom of expression, and campus climate. It provides student leadership training and contributes to institutional improvement through participation in climate and engagement survey work groups. The role also supports inclusive campus initiatives by engaging in student success-related conversations and serving on relevant committees.</p> <p>This position will work, in collaboration with others, to create a safe and welcoming environment for all UW Green Bay students where all feel a sense of place and pride.</p> <p>Key Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Writes, edits, and publishes content for various communication projects and marketing platforms to align with strategic initiatives and established communication campaigns </li><li>Organizes student-focused programming and resources to promote new and ongoing educational initiatives </li><li>Serves as a subject matter expert regarding student affairs to internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Generates and analyzes reports of curricular and unit outcomes </li><li>Creates and maintains schedules, logistics, and resources for one or multiple student affairs programs, activities, and/or services </li></ul> <p>Department:</p> <p>Student Affairs/Student Engagement</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Minimum compensation of $45,000.</p> <p>This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree at time of application in a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate training and/or development programs</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and experience with learning management systems, e-learning tools and other training technologies</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in conveying information clearly and engagingly, both in writing and verbally. Demonstrated experience in public speaking</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple training projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Familiarity with inclusive pedagogy and classroom strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in a higher education environment</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supervising student or professional staff</p> </li></ul> <p>Conditions of Appointment:</p> <p>A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s). A six-month probationary period is required for this position.
