<p>Number of Positions: 1</p> <p>Anticipated Dates: Position Available Summer 2025</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Waynesburg University Entrepreneurial Leadership Program is seeking a graduate student to assist staff with the day-to-day operations of the eHIVE. Position entails working 19 hours a week in the eHIVE. The graduate assistant will report to the eHIVE Director.</p> <p>Duties and responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with general day-to-day office operation for the eHIVE </li><li>Regularly staff the eHIVE and welcome guests during scheduled/unscheduled tours </li><li>Assist with the planning and implementation of various eHIVE events and competitions </li><li>Assistance with various eHIVE Projects, including but not limited to: Project GROW - the eHIVE's Redemptive Entrepreneurship Learning Lab, Redemptive Pittsburgh, Greene County Incubator, Approved Student Business Program & Coaching </li><li>Assistance with the Entrepreneurial Leadership Scholars Program including but not limited to: mentoring of student scholars, event planning, business tours, coaching, etc. </li><li>Assistance in supporting the three Learning Labs for the Entrepreneurial Leadership Program: The Nest, Makerspace & Project GROW </li></ul> <p>All other duties to be assigned by the eHIVE Director & Chair of Entrepreneurial Leadership</p> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <p>All interested candidates will need to successfully enroll in a graduate program at Waynesburg University in order to be eligible for the assistantship.</p> <p>This position requires attendance and staffing at eHIVE or Nest, which may include regular shifts during evening or weekend hours. This position requires the job seeker to be entrepreneurially minded, a self-starter, flexible, adaptable, and capable of working with little supervision. Strong communication skills are required. Professional and friendly customer service, leadership skills, strong organizational, and event planning skills are required for this position. Applicant must possess a valid driver's license and the ability for passenger or good transport.</p> <p>Application Instructions:</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
